Appointments

Request in-person or telehealth visits with our scheduling team.

What To Expect

After you submit the appointment form, a patient coordinator will email you within one business day to confirm date, time, location or video link, and any preparation instructions (fasting labs, medication holds, or insurance details).

New patients should allow sixty minutes for the first visit; follow-ups are typically thirty minutes. Urgent same-day slots are reserved for acute symptoms—if you experience chest pain, stroke signs, or severe breathing difficulty, seek emergency care immediately.
